This organisation is unequivocally committed to providing environments in which children are safe, respected, and free from any form of harm, abuse, or exploitation.

Statement of commitment

Empowerdance adopts a zero-tolerance position in relation to child abuse, neglect, exploitation, and all other forms of harm. The safety and wellbeing of children and young people shall constitute the highest organisational priority in all decisions, practices, and interactions conducted under the auspices of Empowerdance.

This commitment applies without exception to all persons associated with Empowerdance, including but not limited to employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, and any individuals who engage with children in connection with the organisation's activities.
